「職業面面觀 Let's Explore the World of Jobs!」,是一套專為國小綜合活動高年級課程所設計的創新教學方案,由新北市廣福國小郭貞瑩老師設計。其核心理念是為解決定向於高年級綜合活動進行職涯探索時,傳統教學流於靜態講述、紙筆測驗流於形式且抽象,以及資料蒐集管道單一的痛點。本課程創新地在綜合活動課堂中將 AI 轉化為「引導者」與「共創者」,結合 John Holland 的職業興趣理論與多元智能理論,利用 Magic School AI、Padlet、Canva 及 Gemini 等多元數位工具,引導學生進行個人化的雙向職涯諮詢、將抽象夢想視覺化,並思辨 20 年後的「未來職人」想像。此外,課程更融入「未來三角」工具進行理性分析,引導學生在綜合活動的實作脈絡中制定具體的「能力成長地圖」,將高遠的夢想落實為每日的學習計畫。實施成效顯示,本設計不僅能引發學生的感官共鳴、降低學習焦慮,更成功協助學生破除職業的性別與年齡刻板印象,深化了綜合活動核心素養中對於自我覺察與生涯規劃的實踐。

 


This instructional design, titled "Let's Explore the World of Jobs!", is a curriculum specially developed by Kuo Chen-Ying, a teacher at Guangfu Elementary School in New Taipei City, for upper-grade elementary school Integrative Activities courses. It aims to address the limitations of traditional career exploration within the Integrative Activities domain, which often relies on static lecturing, abstract paper-and-pencil tests, and single-source information. Innovatively positioning AI as a "guide" and "co-creator" in the classroom, this curriculum integrates John Holland's RIASEC theory and Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences theory. By leveraging various digital tools such as Magic School AI, Padlet, Canva, and Gemini, students are guided to engage in personalized career consultations, visualize abstract dreams, and creatively conceptualize "Future Professionals" 20 years from now. Furthermore, the framework incorporates the "Futures Triangle" to analyze personal development objectively, leading students to map out a "Competency Growth Map" during class activities to translate grand dreams into daily actionable learning plans. The results demonstrate that this design not only stimulates sensory resonance and mitigates learning anxiety but also effectively guides students to dismantle gender and age stereotypes in careers, deeply enhancing the core competencies of self-awareness and career planning in the Integrative Activities field.
