從「算不完」到「剛剛好」:運用 AI 發展差異化數學基礎練習題生成系統
面對資源班學生能力落差顯著的教學困境,傳統手寫或統一格式的題庫常導致教師備課負荷過重,且易使學生產生習得性無助與基礎學習斷層。為解決此痛點,本專案運用 Gemini 3.1 Pro 人工智慧模型,開發一套差異化數學基礎練習題生成系統。該系統實現「自然語言即程式碼」之創新應用,提供紙本列印與線上互動雙軌輸出模式。透過本系統,教師可依據學生個別需求,精準設定運算位數、進退位等微觀進度參數,協助學生穩健銜接各學習階段。線上練習模式更整合視覺化提示、即時批改機制,以及融入正向心理學的隨機激勵小語,藉此有效降低學生的數學焦慮。實證成效顯示,本系統不僅將教師出題時間由 60 分鐘大幅縮減至 5 分鐘;學生完成符合自身能力練習的正確率亦從 35% 躍升至 65% 以上,且自主解題的持續專注時間平均延長至原來的 1.5 倍。本系統將科技轉化為教育生產力工具,透過自動化出題與即時數據回饋,讓教師得以回歸教育本質,有效提升特教及一般班級差異化教學之整體成效。

From "Overwhelming" to "Just Right": Using AI to Develop a Differentiated Basic Math Practice Question Generation System
Faced with wide variances in student abilities within resource room settings, teachers often find that traditional manual or uniform worksheets lead to excessive preparation workloads. Simultaneously, students frequently experience learned helplessness and fundamental learning gaps. To address these pain points, this project utilizes the Gemini 3.1 Pro AI model to develop a differentiated basic math practice question generation system. The system implements the innovative concept of "natural language as code" and provides dual output modes: printable paper formats and interactive online practice. Through this system, teachers can precisely configure micro-progression parameters—such as the number of digits and carrying/borrowing operations—based on individual student needs, facilitating a stable transition between learning stages. The online practice mode further integrates visual prompts, immediate grading feedback, and randomly generated motivational quotes grounded in positive psychology to alleviate students' math anxiety. Empirical results indicate that this system dramatically reduces teachers' task-generation time from 60 minutes to just 5 minutes. Furthermore, the accuracy rate of students completing exercises tailored to their abilities surged from 35% to over 65%, and their sustained attention during problem-solving extended to 1.5 times its original duration. By transforming technology into a productivity tool through automated question generation and immediate data feedback, this system allows teachers to return to the essence of education, effectively enhancing differentiated instruction in both special education and regular classrooms.
