打造具備學習診斷與雙向互動的 AI 導師 LINE@ 助手

本專案旨在提升教學現場中親師溝通效率,以及傳統成績單難以輔助學生進行學習診斷等核心問題。透過結合 Google Apps Script (GAS) 與 Google 試算表,本研究開發了一款專為班級經營打造的「AI 導師 LINE@ 助手」。該系統具備三大創新特色:首先,導入「動態視覺化學習診斷」,利用 QuickChart API 將單向的成績數據轉化為「學科雷達圖」與「進退步長條圖」,直觀呈現學生的強弱項與學習成效;其次,採用「一勞永逸的身分綁定」機制,大幅降低家長與學生的查詢門檻;最後,系統保留導師彈性調整學生成績,也能在試算表中即時紀錄家長對話,表列紀錄方便導師整理訊息與班級經營。本系統能有效節省導師處理重複性行政庶務的時間,不僅提升親師生溝通效率,也同時保障教師私人隱私。
This project addresses two core challenges in educational settings: improving parent-teacher communication efficiency and overcoming the limitations of traditional report cards in supporting student learning diagnosis. By integrating Google Apps Script (GAS) with Google Sheets, this study developed an "AI Homeroom Teacher LINE@ Assistant" for classroom management, featuring three key innovations. First, Dynamic Visualized Learning Diagnostics leverages the QuickChart API to transform grade data into subject radar charts and progress comparison bar charts, intuitively highlighting each student's strengths and weaknesses. Second, a one-time identity binding mechanism significantly lowers the inquiry barrier for parents and students. Third, the system allows teachers to flexibly adjust grades while logging parent conversations directly in the spreadsheet, streamlining record-keeping and classroom management. This system reduces time spent on repetitive administrative tasks, enhances communication among teachers, parents, and students, and safeguards teachers' personal privacy.
