行政共好的數位推手:與 AI 協作開發 GAS 自動化工具與 HTML 雲端介面

本分享以校園行政數位轉型為核心,說明如何運用 ChatGPT、Gemini 等生成式 AI,協作開發 Google Apps Script 自動化工具與 HTML 雲端介面,改善研習活動中重複、耗時且容易出錯的行政流程。

透過 AI 協助撰寫程式邏輯與介面設計,將行事曆建立、表單批次產製、簽到退管理、回饋彙整、等候簡報製作等人工複製貼上的作業,轉化為可自動執行、可視覺化操作、可共享的數位工作流。

本案例將 AI 視為行政工作的思考夥伴與開發協作者,由行政人員定義需求、流程邏輯與防呆機制,再由 AI 協助產出 GAS 腳本與 Web App 介面。透過此模式,原本需數小時至數十小時的工作可縮短至數分鐘完成,並降低人為誤植風險,展現一條低預算、高彈性、可複製的校園 AI 應用路徑。

 


This presentation explores how generative AI can support the digital transformation of school administration. By using tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini, Google Apps Script automation tools and HTML-based cloud interfaces were developed to improve repetitive and time-consuming workflows in professional development activities.

These applications include batch calendar creation, personalized form generation, scheduled form control, automated feedback delivery, online lottery systems, and course proposal generators. Through AI-assisted development, tasks that once required hours can be completed within minutes, while reducing human error.

This case presents a low-cost, flexible, and replicable approach to applying AI in school administration, showing how AI can enhance efficiency, support teamwork, and improve administrative services.
