This paper documents the author's use of Claude Code under a Spec-Driven Development (SDD) paradigm to fully rewrite the underlying project management system across all PBL courses \u2014 delivering a modernized UI and workflow deployed on Cloudflare. The process demonstrates that teachers without a formal computer science background can successfully drive system development through iterative AI-assisted specification, achieving better outcomes with significantly reduced development time.
