background-color: #ffffff; margin: 5px; border:1px #19130B solid; border-radius:10px; padding:10px; box-shadow: 4px 4px 10px 0px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2)\">\n<p>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u51fa\u300cGULLA \u516c\u958b\u89c0\u8ab2\u5c08\u696d\u6210\u9577\u6b77\u7a0b\u5efa\u69cb\u7cfb\u7d71\u300d\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u56de\u61c9\u81fa\u7063\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b78\u516c\u958b\u6388\u8ab2\u5236\u5ea6\u5316\u5f8c\uff0c\u73fe\u5834\u6559\u5e2b\u5728\u5171\u540c\u5099\u8ab2\u3001\u6559\u5b78\u89c0\u5bdf\u8207\u5c08\u696d\u56de\u994b\u6b77\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e38\u9762\u81e8\u8ab2\u5802\u8b49\u64da\u4e0d\u8db3\u3001\u56de\u994b\u6d41\u65bc\u5370\u8c61\u3001\u8b70\u8ab2\u96e3\u4ee5\u805a\u7126\u5b78\u751f\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0f\u898f\u6a21\u5b78\u6821\u540c\u9818\u57df\u5c08\u696d\u652f\u6301\u4e0d\u8db3\u7b49\u554f\u984c\u3002\u7cfb\u7d71\u4ee5\u751f\u6210\u5f0f AI \u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\u652f\u63f4\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5b9a\u4f4d\u4e26\u975e\u53d6\u4ee3\u6559\u5e2b\u5c08\u696d\u5224\u65b7\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4f5c\u70ba\u8ab2\u5802\u8b49\u64da\u6574\u7406\u5668\u3001\u5c08\u696d\u5c0d\u8a71\u4fc3\u9032\u5668\u8207\u53cd\u601d\u884c\u52d5\u8f49\u8b6f\u5668\u3002\u900f\u904e\u97f3\u6a94\u8f49\u9304\u3001\u9010\u5b57\u7a3f\u6821\u5c0d\u3001\u8ab2\u5802\u8a9e\u6599\u5206\u6790\u3001\u7d50\u69cb\u5316\u56de\u994b\u3001\u53cd\u601d\u8ffd\u554f\u8207\u884c\u52d5\u5efa\u8b70\u7b49\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u5354\u52a9\u6559\u5e2b\u5c07\u516c\u958b\u6388\u8ab2\u4e2d\u7684\u89c0\u5bdf\u8cc7\u6599\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\u3001\u53ef\u6aa2\u6838\u3001\u53ef\u5c0d\u8a71\u8207\u53ef\u884c\u52d5\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u6210\u9577\u6750\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4ee5 29 \u4f4d\u4e0d\u540c\u9818\u57df\u570b\u4e2d\u6559\u5e2b\u70ba\u5c0d\u8c61\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u81ea\u7de8\u4e4b\u300c\u516c\u958b\u6388\u8ab2\u56de\u994b\u5e73\u53f0\u4f7f\u7528\u7d93\u9a57\u3001\u4efb\u52d9\u652f\u6301\u3001AI \u5c0d\u8a71\u529f\u80fd\u8207\u5c08\u696d\u6210\u9577\u554f\u5377\u300d\u9032\u884c\u91cf\u5316\u5206\u6790\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u554f\u5377\u6574\u9ad4\u5167\u90e8\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u826f\u597d\uff0cCronbach\u2019s \u03b1 \u70ba .971\u3002\u6559\u5e2b\u5728\u5e73\u53f0\u4efb\u52d9\u652f\u6301\u3001\u7d00\u9304\u6548\u7387\u3001\u53cd\u601d\u8207\u884c\u52d5\u898f\u5283\u3001AI \u5c0d\u8a71\u529f\u80fd\u652f\u6301\u3001\u5c08\u696d\u6210\u9577\u77e5\u89ba\u3001\u6574\u9ad4\u50f9\u503c\u8207\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528\u610f\u9858\u7b49\u69cb\u9762\u5747\u5448\u73fe\u6b63\u5411\u8a55\u50f9\uff0c\u4e14\u591a\u6578\u69cb\u9762\u5e73\u5747\u6578\u986f\u8457\u9ad8\u65bc\u4e94\u9ede\u91cf\u8868\u4e2d\u9ede\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u5728\u6e1b\u8f15\u516c\u958b\u6388\u8ab2\u7d00\u9304\u8868\u8ca0\u64d4\u3001\u63d0\u5347\u89c0\u8ab2\u7d00\u9304\u8207\u56de\u994b\u6574\u7406\u6548\u7387\u3001\u5354\u52a9\u751f\u6210\u5177\u9ad4\u5c08\u696d\u56de\u994b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4fc3\u9032\u6559\u5b78\u53cd\u601d\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5e73\u53f0\u5c55\u73fe\u660e\u78ba\u6548\u76ca\u3002\u76f8\u95dc\u5206\u6790\u4ea6\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5e73\u53f0\u4efb\u52d9\u652f\u6301\u611f\u8207\u6574\u9ad4\u50f9\u503c\u3001\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528\u53ca\u64f4\u6563\u610f\u9858\u4e4b\u9593\u5448\u9ad8\u5ea6\u6b63\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u6559\u5e2b\u8d8a\u80fd\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u5e73\u53f0\u5354\u52a9\u5b8c\u6210\u516c\u958b\u6388\u8ab2\u6838\u5fc3\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u8d8a\u50be\u5411\u80af\u5b9a\u5176\u6574\u9ad4\u50f9\u503c\u8207\u63a8\u5ee3\u6f5b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8cea\u6027\u56de\u994b\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6b65\u9a5f\u5316\u4ecb\u9762\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u964d\u4f4e\u4f7f\u7528\u9580\u6abb\uff0c\u6458\u8981\u8207\u8b49\u64da\u4f9d\u64da\u7684\u5448\u73fe\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u6559\u5b78\u5206\u6790\u7684\u53ef\u4fe1\u5ea6\u8207\u53ef\u6aa2\u6838\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u53ef\u8ffd\u554f\u7684 AI \u5c0d\u8a71\u6a5f\u5236\u5247\u4fc3\u9032\u6559\u5e2b\u7531\u63cf\u8ff0\u6027\u56de\u994b\u9032\u5165\u8a3a\u65b7\u3001\u8a6e\u91cb\u8207\u6559\u5b78\u4fee\u6b63\u7684\u53cd\u601d\u5faa\u74b0\u3002\u6574\u9ad4\u800c\u8a00\uff0cGULLA \u7cfb\u7d71\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u516c\u958b\u6388\u8ab2\u6587\u66f8\u4f5c\u696d\u7684\u6548\u7387\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u5957\u5f37\u5316\u8b49\u64da\u5c0e\u5411\u8b70\u8ab2\u3001\u6df1\u5316\u6559\u5e2b\u5c08\u696d\u5c0d\u8a71\uff0c\u4e26\u652f\u6301\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u6559\u5b78\u6539\u9032\u7684 AI \u8f14\u52a9\u6559\u5e2b\u5c08\u696d\u6210\u9577\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<p>This study presents the GULLA System for Constructing Professional Growth Processes through Open Classroom Observation, designed to address persistent challenges in Taiwan\u2019s institutionalized open lesson observation practices. Although open classroom observation has become a formal mechanism for promoting collaborative lesson preparation, classroom observation, and professional feedback, its implementation often remains at the level of procedural completion, documentation, or impression-based discussion. Teachers frequently lack sufficient classroom evidence to support professional dialogue, and post-lesson discussions may focus more on teachers\u2019 instructional performance than on students\u2019 learning processes. These challenges are particularly evident in small schools, where teachers may have limited access to same-subject colleagues and sustained professional support.<\/p>\n<p>The GULLA system uses generative AI not as a substitute for teacher judgment, but as an evidence organizer, professional dialogue facilitator, and reflective action translator. Through audio transcription, transcript verification, structured classroom discourse analysis, evidence-based feedback, reflective questioning, and action-oriented suggestions, the system supports teachers in transforming classroom data into traceable, interpretable, and actionable materials for professional learning. The design is grounded in the logic of Lesson Study and teacher professional growth, emphasizing the movement from classroom evidence to professional interpretation and instructional improvement.<\/p>\n<p>A quantitative evaluation was conducted with 29 junior high school teachers from different subject areas using a self-developed questionnaire on platform experience, task support, AI dialogue functions, and perceived professional growth. The overall questionnaire demonstrated high internal consistency, with a Cronbach\u2019s \u03b1 of .971. Results showed that teachers rated the system positively across task support, documentation efficiency, reflective and action-planning support, AI-assisted dialogue, perceived professional growth, overall value, and willingness to continue using or share the system. Most dimensions were significantly higher than the midpoint of the five-point Likert scale. The strongest perceived benefits were reduced workload in completing open lesson observation records, improved efficiency in organizing classroom observation notes and feedback, enhanced specificity of professional feedback, and stronger support for instructional reflection. Exploratory correlation analysis further indicated a strong positive relationship between perceived task support and overall value, continued use, and dissemination intention.<\/p>\n<p>Qualitative feedback showed that the system\u2019s step-by-step interface lowered the entry barrier for teachers, while its summaries, prioritized suggestions, and evidence-based scoring enhanced the interpretability and trustworthiness of AI-generated analysis. The interactive questioning function further enabled teachers to move beyond descriptive feedback toward deeper diagnosis, interpretation, and instructional revision.
