When parents send emotionally charged messages through LINE or contact books, teachers frequently need to respond within a short time. At the same time, they face pressure in managing tone, clarifying facts, following legal and procedural requirements, and planning follow-up actions. This application is designed to address the challenges teachers face in high-pressure situations, such as not knowing how to respond, worrying about saying the wrong thing, and lacking immediate professional support.<\/p>\n

The key features of this tool lie in its integration of a \u201chomeroom teacher\u2019s care perspective,\u201d \u201cparent-teacher communication skills,\u201d and \u201ceducational legal context.\u201d It provides response drafts that teachers can directly refer to or modify for use. Its design includes elements such as emotional reassurance, explanation of the incident, student care, follow-up handling, and legal reminders. These elements help teachers respond to parents in a gentle yet firm tone, reducing the possibility of conflict escalation.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the system can adapt its tone and format according to different communication contexts, such as LINE messages, contact books, formal explanations, or counseling records. This enhances its flexibility for practical use.
