The project addresses several classroom challenges: scattered learning links, difficulty in tracking students' speaking practice, limited records of learning progress, and the heavy administrative workload of managing assignments and class schedules.<\/p>\n<p>Built with Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, the dashboard integrates listening audio, S1-S3 Speaking tasks, S4 speaking tasks, Fluency Challenge, vocabulary and error-correction practice, video note submission, AI Note Assistant, class dashboards, error hotspot analysis, digital scheduling, missing assignment management, and digital contact books. Students can access multiple learning tasks through one entry point, while the teacher can automatically collect speaking records, accuracy rates, fluency levels, recognized text, audio links, note submissions, and assignment records.<\/p>\n<p>The newly added Fluency Challenge extends speaking practice beyond accuracy by encouraging students to improve speed, continuity, and natural oral expression. AI-supported feedback is also used in note review and individualized learning support, helping students receive more timely and specific guidance. The system has been implemented across three classes with nearly ninety students.
