By integrating Google Apps Script (GAS) with Google Sheets, this study developed an \"AI Homeroom Teacher LINE@ Assistant\" for classroom management, featuring three key innovations. First, Dynamic Visualized Learning Diagnostics leverages the QuickChart API to transform grade data into subject radar charts and progress comparison bar charts, intuitively highlighting each student's strengths and weaknesses. Second, a one-time identity binding mechanism significantly lowers the inquiry barrier for parents and students. Third, the system allows teachers to flexibly adjust grades while logging parent conversations directly in the spreadsheet, streamlining record-keeping and classroom management.
