這個AI 應用是以臺灣教育現場為情境,以親師溝通中的實務需求為出發點,指引教育人員在面對家長質疑、學生衝突、疑似霸凌、受傷事件或突發狀況時,獲得具備同理、專業與法規意識的參考回應建議。
在教育現場中,導師常是學校、學生與家長之間的第一線溝通者。當家長透過 LINE 或聯絡簿提出情緒性訊息時,教師往往需要在短時間內做出回應,但也同時面臨語氣拿捏、事實釐清、法規程序與後續處理等壓力。本應用即是為了解決教師在高壓情境下「不知道如何回應、擔心說錯話、缺乏即時專業支持」的問題。
本工具的特點在於結合「導師關懷視角」、「親師溝通技巧」與「教育法規脈絡」,提供教師可直接參考或修改使用的回應草稿。其設計包含情緒安撫、事件說明、學生關懷、後續處理與法規提醒等要素,協助教師以溫和而堅定的語氣回應家長,降低衝突升高的可能性。同時,系統也能依照不同溝通場域,如 LINE 訊息、聯絡簿、正式說明或輔導紀錄,轉換適切語氣與格式,提升實務使用彈性,讓教師在面對壓力情境時,能兼顧關懷、專業與程序正義,進一步促進親師合作,共同守護學生的學習與成長。
This AI application is designed within the context of Taiwan’s educational setting and begins from the practical needs of parent-teacher communication. It guides educators in obtaining empathetic, professional, and legally aware reference responses when facing parental concerns, student conflicts, suspected bullying, injury incidents, or unexpected situations.
In schools, homeroom teachers are often the first-line communicators among the school, students, and parents. When parents send emotionally charged messages through LINE or contact books, teachers frequently need to respond within a short time. At the same time, they face pressure in managing tone, clarifying facts, following legal and procedural requirements, and planning follow-up actions. This application is designed to address the challenges teachers face in high-pressure situations, such as not knowing how to respond, worrying about saying the wrong thing, and lacking immediate professional support.
The key features of this tool lie in its integration of a “homeroom teacher’s care perspective,” “parent-teacher communication skills,” and “educational legal context.” It provides response drafts that teachers can directly refer to or modify for use. Its design includes elements such as emotional reassurance, explanation of the incident, student care, follow-up handling, and legal reminders. These elements help teachers respond to parents in a gentle yet firm tone, reducing the possibility of conflict escalation.
At the same time, the system can adapt its tone and format according to different communication contexts, such as LINE messages, contact books, formal explanations, or counseling records. This enhances its flexibility for practical use. As a result, when teachers face stressful situations, they can take into account care, professionalism, and procedural justice, further promoting parent-teacher cooperation and jointly supporting students’ learning and growth.
