Abstract:
This discussion will explore the impact of AI’s rapid development on individuals’ future learning and work.
Overview the latest advancements in AI technology, including the rise of agentic applications, along with changes in work patterns and skill requirements, and the need for human-machine collaboration.
Further, it explores how individuals can empower themselves in the AI era, adapt effectively in learning and work, and become “super users.” Finally, the discussion addresses how education and learning methods need to be adjusted in light of the changes brought about by AI.
