Celine's English Dashboard:以 AI 回饋與學習歷程追蹤打造國中英語數位教學生態系

本教學應用以國中英語課堂的真實需求為起點,針對學生學習任務分散、教師追蹤困難、口說練習紀錄不易保存,以及作業與進度管理耗時等問題,建置 Celine's English Dashboard 全方位英語數位學習儀表板。系統以 Google Apps Script 結合 Google Sheets 作為後端資料庫,整合聽力音檔、S1-S3 Speaking、S4 口說任務、Fluency Challenge、英語數位錯題庫、影片筆記上傳、AI 筆記助教、班級儀表板、錯題熱點、數位進度手帳、作業缺交管理與英語數位聯絡簿。

學生端可從同一入口完成口說、單字、錯題補救、筆記上傳與流暢度挑戰;教師端則可自動回收學生口說紀錄、正確率、流暢度、辨識文字、錄音連結與作業紀錄,進一步掌握個別學生與班級整體學習狀態。新增的 Fluency Challenge 強化學生對語速、連貫性與朗讀自然度的練習,使口說任務不只停留在完成錄音,而能形成可反覆挑戰與追蹤的學習歷程。

本系統已應用於三個班級、近九十位學生的英語學習任務中。透過 AI 語音辨識、文本比對、錯題補救與 AI 筆記回饋,教師能更即時提供個人化建議,也能透過班級錯題熱點與行政管理工具減輕資料整理與通知負擔。本作品展示 AI 在英語教學中的角色不只是生成教材,而是協助教師建立一套可收集資料、分析學習、提供回饋並減少行政負擔的教學生態系。

 


This teaching application presents Celine's English Dashboard, an all-in-one digital learning dashboard designed for junior high school English classes. The project addresses several classroom challenges: scattered learning links, difficulty in tracking students' speaking practice, limited records of learning progress, and the heavy administrative workload of managing assignments and class schedules.

Built with Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, the dashboard integrates listening audio, S1-S3 Speaking tasks, S4 speaking tasks, Fluency Challenge, vocabulary and error-correction practice, video note submission, AI Note Assistant, class dashboards, error hotspot analysis, digital scheduling, missing assignment management, and digital contact books. Students can access multiple learning tasks through one entry point, while the teacher can automatically collect speaking records, accuracy rates, fluency levels, recognized text, audio links, note submissions, and assignment records.

The newly added Fluency Challenge extends speaking practice beyond accuracy by encouraging students to improve speed, continuity, and natural oral expression. AI-supported feedback is also used in note review and individualized learning support, helping students receive more timely and specific guidance. The system has been implemented across three classes with nearly ninety students. Overall, this project demonstrates that AI in English education is not only a tool for content generation, but also a way to build a trackable learning ecosystem that supports assessment, feedback, remedial learning, and teacher workload reduction.
